As a licensed realtor and real estate investor for several years, Elnaz is passionate and knowledgeable about real estate and everything associated with it from building structure, design, and staging through consulting and negotiating on behalf of clients. Elnaz speaks English and Farsi languages, and her main focus is on the York Region market.
Before transitioning to the real estate world, Elnaz studied Architecture and Urban Planning at University of Buffalo in the U.S. She acquired her graduate degree from McMaster University in Transportation Planning and worked several years as data analyst and project lead in consulting firms in Canada. These experiences have equipped Elnaz with a strong analytical skill to help clients fully understand the housing market and make a more informed decision.
